This movement in dining style has its roots in Spanish Tapas, but now has moved into the mainstream. Whether you crave a “center of the plate” protein, a savory snack, vegetarian, gluten-free, or even vegan, our small plate menu has something for everyone. Bourbon, Rye, Scotch, Whiskey. Whatever it’s called, wherever its origins may be, all of these spirits begin with grain, fermented and distilled to create a liquid, carrying distinct and unique characteristics through to the final product. Corn, rye, wheat, barley, or a combination of these, the flavors of its origins come through as vanilla, caramel, oak, charcoal, peat, herbal notes, or subtle sweetness. Young whiskeys are influenced by the distillation process, aged whiskeys show character from the cask. Cinder BAR has selections from a wide variety of Whiskey distilleries, with a focus on
American Whiskey, Bourbon, and Rye.
