DINE & DONATE PROGRAM

 Thank you for choosing Cinder Bar for your fundraising needs. We are thrilled to be a part of your fundraiser program and here is how we handle our Dine & Donate Events;  

Dine & Donates run from Sunday till Thursday open to close each day. Send us your organizations Logo Artwork in JPG format & once received we will produce a voucher for the Dine & Donate Event. Print out as many as you want, or distribute electronically prior to your event dates. Voucher hardcopies or Digital copies MUST BE PRESENTED In order to have the customer’s order count towards your organization. 

 ****(PLEASE DO NOT DISTRIBUTE TO REGULAR CUSTOMERS AT THE FACILITY DURING YOUR EVENT  DAYS, OR OUTSIDE CINDER BAR. Also please do not post directly to our Facebook wall.) 

 Each person who comes on your designated weekdays (Sunday Thru Thursday) and presents Hardcopy or Digital copy of the voucher at the time of checkout will have 15% of their total check (BEFORE TAX & TIP) donated to your organization or cause.  

 The presented vouchers will be attached or notes on the sales receipt for each person who presents one, AGAIN NO LIMIT. 

 At the close of each night all receipts with the vouchers attached or noted will be totaled and at the conclusion of your event sent to corporate for processing. Corporate will Produce a check for your organization for your total amount raised and we will let you know when the check is ready for pickup at Cinder Bar. (Usually takes 3-4 weeks for corporate to complete from the end of your event)
